Looking for an energetic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as our HR Manager in Aurora, IL. The ideal candidate has generalist HR experience as well as a desire to elevate HR to the strategic level. 

The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

  • Assist in Employee Training and Development

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 5-7 years Human Resources experience
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.
  • Approchable
