Laser/Bindery Department - Aurora, IL - Full Time

Freedomis a national Direct Mail Company based in Aurora, il, is seeking a Laser/Bindery Supervisor to work on our 3rd shift.  We offer opportunities in a solid company that has an excellent record of growth and stability.


  • Makes sure all Imaging and Bindery machines are running at the highest capacity
  • Oversees all daily production operations and ensures that work produced meets quality standards and client specifications
  • Verifies all paperwork is completed and correct (i.e. production sheets, attendance, quality control write-ups and write-ups during shifts)
  • Supervises 25-30 employees
  • Gives directions to the training of new employees
  • Addresses complaints and resolves problems


  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Bilingual a plus.
  • Supervisory experience a must
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Dependable and available to work overtime when needed


  • Compensation is commensurate to work experience.
